Access is granted per engagement, with defined roles for participants, programme teams and leadership.
Each client's assessment data is kept separate, with no cross-client comparison of raw responses.
Individual results stay personal. Team and organization views are aggregated to protect participants.
Recommendations are reviewed by Boxology advisors before they reach decision-makers.

BATCH OPERATIONS
Use CSV for controlled bulk invitations. The file is validated in the browser before any invitations are created. Each accepted row still passes the same secured server-side invitation checks and email workflow as an individual invitation.
INVITATION DELIVERY
Auditable send and resend history. AIR App stores delivery metadata only; setup links and passwords are never stored.
PLATFORM ADMIN
Manage platform administrators and verify the active AIR release. Client administration is active and strictly scoped to the assigned client.
PLATFORM ADMINISTRATORS
Create a full Platform administrator account. AIR App automatically sends the configured Firebase password-setup email and records its delivery operation. No assessment participation is assigned.
HUMAN REVIEW GOVERNANCE
Platform administrators manage reviewer access. Reviewer is an additive role and can coexist with Platform administrator. Deactivation and role removal preserve audit history.

SYSTEM DETAILS
Admin-only release information for support and acceptance checks. No secrets or credentials are displayed.
Controlled recovery for the known pre-client-scoping pilot records only. Preview is read-only. Apply is enabled only when the participant, completed AI & Me result and any matching team can be linked without conflicting client ownership.
READ-ONLY DIAGNOSTIC
Checks Microsoft Graph readiness without sending email or creating business records. After a successful diagnostic, Platform administrators can send one controlled test email to their own signed-in address.

Monitor assessment progress and collect structured feedback without exposing assessment answers.

Read-only participation status. Assessment answers are never included.

Share feedback with the AIR App programme administrator. Do not include passwords, access tokens, assessment answers or other sensitive information.

Confirm the exact organization before public enrichment. AIR never infers internal maturity, capability, licences, restrictions or learning gaps from public data.

Create a client-scoped administrator for an existing client. Access is enforced server-side and does not include platform administration or other clients.

KNOWLEDGE CATALOG
Sources remain auditable by filename, category, track, duration, version and content hash. Hold or deactivate a source without deleting history.

Readiness analytics are shown only where the minimum group threshold is satisfied. No artificial combined score is calculated across the three levels.
Filter by client, assessment level and privacy-safe scope. Groups below five remain suppressed.
INTEGRATED VIEW
Activated only when at least two assessment levels have five or more eligible responses.
ADMINISTRATOR PREVIEW
Platform administrators may preview a final result. Opening a preview is audited and never triggers an AI provider.
HUMAN-REVIEWED AI
AI may draft analysis from privacy-safe aggregate metrics, but no client-facing advisory conclusion is released without explicit human review and approval.
GOVERNANCE INVARIANT
Workflow: PENDING REVIEW → APPROVED / REJECTED. A later approved version supersedes the previous approved outcome. Platform Administrators act as reviewers in B45; a dedicated Consultant/Reviewer role follows in the Review Workspace release.
REVIEWER ASSIGNMENT
Only Platform administrators can assign reviewers. Assignment is bound to a stable assessment reference, not only client + level.
PRIVACY GATE
ANALYSIS DRAFT
Generation is available only when the selected level has at least five eligible responses. Every generated draft enters PENDING REVIEW. The reviewer may edit the advisory narrative before approving it. Only the human-reviewed approved version can be reused in client-facing reports.
HISTORY
READINESS REPORTING
Create privacy-safe readiness reports from existing scored results and approved analysis. Report rendering does not call an AI provider.
